 When a student fully allows themselves to be immersed in their yoga practice it is very beautiful. One of my male students is shown here in Lizzard Pose, he is both challenging and nurturing to himself. Amazing. |

The enchanting women above have such graceful flow. Core stability is created from the ground up during our progress into a smooth Vinyasa, I love when they come on Vinyasa Flow days. You can just feel what they are feeling the energy is so fun!
