Yoga it is what we do when we move our bodies into a posture, breath fully and then let go. Feel it.3/28/2016
The enchanting women above have such graceful flow. Core stability is created from the ground up during our progress into a smooth Vinyasa, I love when they come on Vinyasa Flow days. You can just feel what they are feeling the energy is so fun! Yoga Me getting to know and understand how your energy effects your body and relationships10/26/2015 Learn to Understand Your Body and SpiritMove inside yourself and become consumed with how you feel, where ever you are, at this very moment. And Breathe Deeply. Together we explore the make up of our attitude towards life and determine our behavior while we are alive in the present moment. As a student of yoga you can create a statement that is deeply personal, explore the life experiences that have formed your attitude, and how that attitude influences the personal behaviors we develop. Learn how to apply this self awareness as it relates to how you respond to the world and to yourself. The progression of this intensive self study workshop will reveal to the student how the attitude and behavior we express causes life and relationships to unfold all around us. We then explore personally preferred asanas and from them select a posture that best represents us in the attitude and behavior we uncover during our self exploration. As a completion of this workshop each student is photographed expressing the posture that most intimately represents their unique yoga personality. Capture this moment as a part of you. You can participate in this self study during a "Yoga Me" workshop. Yoga Me workshops are available at your venue and are presented at Yoga in State College.
