Filling my lungs with the fresh, clean breath of the Atlantic Ocean is an amazing cure.Where ever you find yourself be present in that very moment, draw into your lungs the cool air, feel it enter your body and visualize it rolling down through the marrow of your spinal cord. Then as you exhale, bring that cleansing breath up through the front of your body, through your organs restoring your good health as you exhale the toxins.
